Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the theater. Everyone, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theater.

There is no elevator access at the Imperial Theatre.

There are 2 late seatings in the Act 1. The first is 9 minutes after the show starts. The next late seating comes 21 minutes into Act I. No entry after that until intermission.

Orchestra Location: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating location. There are a limited number of seats in the orchestra at prices only available in the mezzanine for patrons with mobility or visual impairments. Ask the ticket seller prior to purchase about the availability of these seats.

Mezzanine Location: Located on the 2nd level: up 2 flights of stairs (23 steps). Please Note: On the Mezzanine, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. Entrance to Front Mezzanine is behind row F.

Handrails: Available at the end of every stepped seat row in the Mezzanine.

There is a small wheelchair accessible restroom on the main floor. All other restrooms are one flight up off the mezzanine lounge.
